Our New House!Although we still have inspection & appriasal, we intend to close July 1st.
It's been a struggle to get to this point. Erik & I have been trying to buy for three years now. I haven't lived in a house for at least 20 years and the thought of finally having my own brings tears to my eyes!
Our new neighborhood is called "Ocean View" and it's located one block east of Marine View Drive in West Seattle (just south of the Fauntleroy Ferry). We are told the neighborhood is quite close and every summer they have block parties! We have private access to Arroyo Beach - so plan on coming over in the summer!
We will keep you updated on all the happenings! Of course, moving July 4th means PARTY time!
